About our chapter...

We are a friendly group of enthusiastic gardeners interested in rock garden or alpine plants, woodland plants and dwarf shrubs and trees. We meet monthly from March through November to hear slide lectures, see demonstrations and visit private gardens. See the Program link for details. Guests are very welcome.

Our 2008 schedule is drawing to a close, but there are two very important events to come:

October 11th
: Celebrating the life of Geoffrey Charlesworth, a co-founder of the chapter. Starts at 10 am RSVP please since we will have a catered light lunch and also need to know if we have to rent extra chairs!

November 1st: annual "pot luck" lunch at BBG with speakers Jan Sacks and Marty Schafer
Small Irises - Many Choices See program for details.
